I can lose track of time in a library, especially when I find a shelf I have never explored before. There is usually a notebook nearby for a thought, a book title, or a sentence I want to remember. I would rather give a conversation my attention than keep checking the time. I appreciate people who can be thoughtful without taking themselves too seriously.
