I enjoy trying a recipe that sounds promising and seeing what I would change next time. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. I like slowing down enough to enjoy small routines, from setting the table to making the first cup of the morning. I value reliability, good humour, and people who do what they say they'll do.
