I like discovering how much there is to notice when I put my phone away for a while. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. A flask of something warm and an extra layer are often all I need for a simple afternoon out. A shared sense of wonder can make a very ordinary walk memorable.
