I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
