I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
