My favourite plans often involve a kitchen, a long conversation, and no reason to check the time. A welcoming table, an easy conversation, and something simple to share are usually enough for me. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
