I am curious about food, especially when a simple dish comes with a story or a new flavour. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. I bring plenty of enthusiasm, but I'm just as happy when the evening slows down.
