I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
