I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I enjoy learning the names of a few plants or birds, even when I forget them and have to look again. Even on a busy day, a little time outside helps me find a more comfortable rhythm. I get on well with people who are curious about their surroundings and considerate of their company.
