I enjoy days that begin with comfortable shoes and a loose idea of somewhere to explore. I enjoy coastal paths, quiet parks, and stopping somewhere small for a late lunch after a good walk. A flask of something warm and an extra layer are often all I need for a simple afternoon out. I'm practical about the details and relaxed about the things that don't really matter.
