I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
