I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
