I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
