Ashmita Boose

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I am interested in habits that make daily life feel comfortable and enjoyable. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
