I like making ordinary spaces feel welcoming through small, thoughtful touches. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. On a quiet afternoon, I might make a batch of soup, try a new bake, or tidy a favourite corner. I'm warm once I feel comfortable, and I appreciate the same quiet consideration in others.
