I enjoy finding places that feel welcoming, whether they are well known or easy to walk past. I am interested in the little differences that make a familiar recipe taste new. I like leaving a little room in the plan for a pastry, a second coffee, or a place we happen to discover. For me, a memorable outing does not need to be elaborate; it needs to feel comfortable.
