A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
