I like small exhibitions, live music, and the sort of film that gives you something to talk about afterwards. Some evenings are for going out to hear something live; others are for cooking at home with an album playing from start to finish. Small venues and relaxed settings often make it easier for me to settle into the experience. I like it when sharing an interest feels like an invitation, with no need to agree on everything.
