Callisto Ravas

I enjoy the comfortable rhythm of a day at home, especially when there is something good cooking. When I have a free afternoon, I like to take my time with a meal and leave the rest of the day uncomplicated. I usually choose recipes that leave time for conversation rather than keeping me busy until the last moment. The evenings I remember fondly are often the ones that felt simple at the time.
