I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I enjoy trying food I haven't cooked before, browsing little independent shops, and finding somewhere with a good atmosphere. I bring plenty of enthusiasm, but I'm just as happy when the evening slows down.
