I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
