Chanequa Pizzarello

A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
