Clatie Penafort

I like discovering how much there is to notice when I put my phone away for a while. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. On a quiet weekend, I might choose a park, a riverside path, or a nearby stretch of countryside. I appreciate a steady pace, an open mind, and people who look after each other.
