I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
