Concetta Triplett

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
