I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I try to keep things balanced rather than perfect.
