Cyan Nessim

I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
