I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
