I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
