I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I tend to remember a place by what I ate there, who I was with, and the conversation on the way home. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
