I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I enjoy trying food I haven't cooked before, browsing little independent shops, and finding somewhere with a good atmosphere. I like leaving a little room in the plan for a pastry, a second coffee, or a place we happen to discover. For me, a memorable outing does not need to be elaborate; it needs to feel comfortable.
