I like starting the weekend with some fresh air rather than a long list of things to do. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I enjoy making time for rest so that being active continues to feel like something I choose. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
