I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
