I am happiest on a walk that has a good view, a gentle pace, and someone interesting beside me. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I am happy to slow down when there is something to notice, from changing leaves to an interesting doorway. I'm practical about the details and relaxed about the things that don't really matter.
