I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. I like taking photographs along the way, although I usually remember the weather and the conversation more than the pictures. On a quiet weekend, I might choose a park, a riverside path, or a nearby stretch of countryside. I don't need every day to be exciting; I just like feeling that I've made something of it.
