I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I enjoy sharing recommendations with someone who is happy to explain what they liked about a place. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. I bring plenty of enthusiasm, but I'm just as happy when the evening slows down.
