I love a home that feels lived in: something cooking, music playing, and a comfortable place to sit. I like using what is in season and finding a good reason to revisit an ingredient I have overlooked. A thoughtful meal does not need to be complicated; sometimes the best choice is something familiar made well. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
