Ellender Caston

I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
