I spend enough time indoors during the week, so getting outside is usually my first plan for the weekend. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I am happy to slow down when there is something to notice, from changing leaves to an interesting doorway. I appreciate a calm approach when plans need to change.
