My favourite plans often involve a kitchen, a long conversation, and no reason to check the time. I like making food to share, trying a recipe more than once, and gradually finding my own way of doing it. I appreciate a little effort, a sincere thank-you, and the ability to laugh when something doesn't go to plan.
