Fernetta Eisma

I can happily spend a morning browsing a market and deciding what looks interesting. I am interested in the little differences that make a familiar recipe taste new. If something on a menu catches my attention, I am happy to ask about it and learn a little more. I appreciate people who are open to a suggestion and comfortable making one of their own.
