I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
