A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
