I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. A short walk or a little stretching can be enough to help me reset after a busy day. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
