Girty Micheaux

I enjoy the comfortable rhythm of a day at home, especially when there is something good cooking. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. I think thoughtfulness shows up most clearly in everyday habits.
