An afternoon exploring a neighbourhood is often my favourite excuse to try somewhere new for lunch. A welcoming atmosphere and the chance to hear each other talk matter more to me than an impressive setting. A good recommendation from a friend can be enough to give my afternoon a new direction. A sense of curiosity and a little flexibility make exploring together much more enjoyable.
