Idelette Westmaas

A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. I enjoy doing something active together when the conversation and the experience matter as much as the activity. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
