I like collecting recommendations from people who can explain why a book stayed with them. I can be reserved at first, but I warm up quickly when a conversation moves beyond the usual small talk. When something catches my interest, I enjoy learning enough about it to ask better questions. I value kindness, a dry sense of humour, and being comfortable enough to say what you mean.
