I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. A short walk or a little stretching can be enough to help me reset after a busy day. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
