I enjoy finding places that feel welcoming, whether they are well known or easy to walk past. I tend to remember a place by what I ate there, who I was with, and the conversation on the way home. If the day has been busy, an easy dinner and a chance to talk are usually more appealing than a big event. I bring plenty of enthusiasm, but I'm just as happy when the evening slows down.
